At Liraaya, every product is made to order and carefully prepared before being shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are typically produced and shipped within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Central & Northern Europe: 2–5 business days
UK & Ireland: 3–5 business days
Other European countries: 4–7 business days
USA & Canada: 4–7 business days
Asia-Pacific & Oceania: 6–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier, customs procedures, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Options & Costs

Available shipping options and their costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Where available, customers may choose between Standard/Economy and faster Express Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be available through your order status page.

Please allow up to 24–36 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Orders

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or another issue outside our control, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Delayed Shipments

Occasional delays may occur, particularly with international shipments. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
