Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at liraaya.co@gmail.com within this period, including your order number. The item must then be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, unused and in its original condition where possible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As an EU customer, you're entitled to a 24-month legal guarantee against manufacturing or material defects present at the time of delivery. If a genuine defect appears within this period, you're entitled to a free repair, replacement, or, where that isn't possible, a partial or full refund. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by misuse.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at liraaya.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos, so we can resolve it quickly. This applies to issues visible on arrival — defects that appear later remain covered by the legal guarantee above.

Change of Mind Returns
Since our products are made to order, please contact us before sending anything back for a change-of-mind return, so we can confirm the process and address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or a customs issue, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order needs to be reshipped, additional shipping costs may apply.
